Ultimate Frisbee

This week students will continue with Ultimate Frisbee. They will be picking teams and compete against each other.

Wednesday is track day, students will be timed in the mile run.

Friday students have the choice of the activity they would like to participate in.

Ultimate Frisbee

This week students will be introduced to the sport Ultimate Frisbee. Students will engage in moderate to vigorous activity. They will learn and practice general throwing, catching, and game skills.

Wednesday is track day.

Physical Fitness

This week students will be involved in physical fitness which includes running, walking and stretching. Our goal is to help students get back into shape after our Christmas break. Midweek is track day, where students will go out to the track and be timed in the mile run.
